    "Hi, I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let's take our Rocking Undulation and put it in turn with our advanced drill with our sunrise and sunset arms. So we're going to start with the right foot forward, eight counts turning to the right, transition, eight counts turning to the left, transition, four counts right and then four counts left. Ready? Six, seven, eight and right, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And left, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and four counts. One, two, three, four; one, two, three, four. And eight; two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And one, two, three, four, five, six, and four counts. Ready? One, two, three, transition. One, two, three, transition. One, two, three, four, five, six, don't forget your roll down here; one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and four; one, two, three, four. One, two, three and four. Good. Practice that in front of the mirror and we'll see you on the dance floor."
