"Hi, I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let's work on our Rocking Undulation layered over grapevine step and add our pressed down arms. Now if you want a more detailed explanations of each of these moves, we do have clips on those, so if you need to study those first, but now we're going to put them all together. Let's start with the footwork. Ready? So we're going to cross over right foot, step out with the left, step back with the right and touch on the left. And then same thing, cross over left foot, step right, cross back left and touch. Right, left, right, add our undulation, it's going to lift, roll down, lift and roll down. Lift, roll down, lift, let's add our arms, arms come up, two, three, four and press down, two, three and four. Come up, two, three, four, one, two, three and four. Now try that a couple of times and really get those arms nice and distinct and don't forget your body undulation. It's layering a lot of stuff on top of each other but if you keep each clean and distinct, you will have a beautiful dance in no time at all."
