"Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking undulation, and travel forward with it, using our sunrise and sunset arms. We've done some of these in some other clips, you may want to review them before putting them all together. So let's start with our feet. Our feet are going to go, right, left, right, slide the left foot up. And I like to angle just a little bit here, so people can see your nice undulation out to the side. Right, left, right, and together. Good. Lets add the arms to that. Ready, and right, left, right, pull in, and switch; left, right, left, and switch, good. Let's try it double time, 6,7,8; and right, left, right, and switch; left, right, left, and switch; right, left, right, and switch; left, right, left, and switch. Very nice, good. Again, 5,6,7,8; and right, left, right, coming down on the left, good, up on the right; 1,2,3, and down on the left. Excellent, good. Take that home and practice, and soon you'll be floating right across the dance floor."
