"Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking camel and use it to travel forward while we're switching feet. So remember the distinction between a camel and an undulation, is that we're using our shoulders and getting more of a side to side, or forward and back movement here, than an undulation, which stays a more confined within the body. So let's step forward with the right foot, let's have our arms out, good. So step forward. We're going to go, right, left, right, slide the left foot up; and left, right, left, slide the foot up; and right, left, right, slide the foot up; and left, right, left, and slide the foot up, good. So watch the upper body here. Right, left, right, good. Try not to let the head lead here. Keep the head nice and isolated, and get the shoulders and the body moving. Nice big movement. Keep the knees bent, good. 1,2,3, switch; 1,2,3, and switch, good. Make sure you practice in front of a mirror at home, and then you'll have a nice clean isolation, so when you take it out into the dance floor, you'll impress everyone."
