"Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio in St. Petersburg Florida; let's work on our rocking undulation traveling to the side leading with our left foot with our sunrise sunset arm variation. We break down each of these moves in other clips so may want to refer to them but here we're going to put them all together; left foot forward and start our undulation forward, and back and forward; and back, good; traveling to the left, left foot's leading; left right and travel right, left foot is still in front; good now sunrise sunset arms are going to come 1 2 down on 3 4 travel, 1 2 3 4; so our left foot's keeping time, left right; left right, left right, left right; left right, left right; left right. Let's try it a little faster now; ready and left right arms come down, left right arm come down; good, excellent. So it's a little tricky to layer all those things on top of each other and keep the same rhythm so work on that, and soon you'll be flying across the dance floor."
