Let's work on our Rocking Undulation, traveling to the side, leading with our right foot and we're going to try with our Sunrise and Sunset Arms and this is our variation. Alright. So right foot, left foot, if you want a more detailed break down of all these moves, we do break them down in other clips, but here, we're going to put them all together. Ready? Traveling to the side, right, left, arms come down, right, left, cross the right foot over, right, left, right, left. Good. So that right foot is always leading, always staying in time with the beat. And right, left, right, left. Good. Arms nice and smooth, keep the shoulder blades pulling down your back, good. Watch your undulation in the mirror so that you're not bobbing up and down. Try it faster. Right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right. Good. So practice that several times in the mirror and you'll be floating right across the dance floor.
