"Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking undulation, traveling to the side with our left foot forward, with our sunrise arms, and then press down, keeping our elbows lifted as we press down. Now we break all these things down in other clips, so if you want more details on each of these movements, arms, feet or body, you can check our other clips. Good. So we're putting it all together. Left foot forward. Left foot, right foot, traveling to the side, left foot, arms come up. And, left, right, arms come down, left, right; travel to the right, cross the left foot over; right, left, right. Good. so keep yourself nice and smooth, keep the arms smooth. It's a challenge to get the arm smooth and the body smooth at the same time, right, because they're doing two different things. But if you work at it, work each component separately, and then when you put it together it'll be nice and smooth. Lets try it double time. Ready, and, right, left, press down; left, right, press down; left, right, press down; left, right, press down. Very good. Practice in front of a mirror and you'll be nice and smooth across the dance floor."
