Let's work on our rocking undulation, traveling to the right with the right foot forward. Alright, so right foot's forward, and we're going to start by rocking undulation, and as we travel, we're going to add a sunrise arm, and a press down. And then we're going to travel back to the left, cross the right foot over, still, and as we come up, and then press down. Okay, so we're going to go, 1,2, press down, 3,4, travel left, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot, good. Arms come up, keep the elbows lifted, keep the shoulder blade down your back. As you press down keep your elbows lifted, good. Crossing over right foot; right, left, press down, right left, good; right, left, press down, right, left; double time, and, right, left, press down, right, left, press down; right, left, press down, right left, press down. As you practice in the mirror make sure that you're not bobbing up and down, so you'll have a nice clean isolation and a nice smooth arm movement right on top of that. Good job.
