"Hi, I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let's work on our Rocking Undulation traveling to the left, leading with our left foot. And we'll come back and travel to the right, but also, still leading with our left foot. So left foot's forward and we're going to do our Sunrise and Pressed Down Arms. So Sunrise Arms come up and then we're going to press down as we travel back to the right. So as we travel left; left, right, left, right, left, right, left; and back down; left, right, left, right, left, right, left, good. Travel left, right, left, right, five, six, seven, eight. And back down; two, three, four, five, six, good. So as we go, make sure you keep your shoulder blades down and your arms float up nice and slow, and as you come back down, good, press those arms down, keep the elbows lifted. Good. So as we travel, watch yourself in the mirror to make sure you're not bobbing up and down, right? You want it nice and smooth. Good. Keep the weight on the balls of your feet. Good. And soon you'll be flying across the dance floor."
