"Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Let's work on our rocking undulation traveling to the side with our pressed down arms, so the arms are going to come up; sunrise arms and then they're going to press down the body, keep the elbows lifted so you don't drop the elbows; good, right foot leads; right left and as we travel to the right bring the arms up, cross the right foot over and as we travel down we're going to press down with the arms; good; step out with the right, right left; right left, right left; cross back over with the right foot, right foot's still leading; 5 6 7 travel right 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and right 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, and right 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and right 2; excellent, good. Practice in a mirror so that you make sure you're not bobbing up and down with your undulation; you want to keep it nice and distinct, good and practice over; and over and you'll be flying across the dance floor."
