Hi, I'm Johanna and this is Karen. And we're from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let's work on our Rocking Undulation with our right foot forward and we're going to be traveling to the side. So let's put our right foot forward, left foot back, but keep your feet under you, we're not trying to take big giant steps, okay. So feet right under you, right foot forward, arms out away from the body, good. So we're going to rock forward and back, good. So we drill this move in some other clips. So if you want to drill those, get nice and smooth and then add the traveling. Good. So we're stepping out to the side of the right, cross back with the left. Out to side right, left. Step out, good. And back the other way, cross right foot over the left and then step out with the left. What you want to avoid here is stepping way out and then crossing just a little bit, and then stepping way out. You want to try to keep your steps equal, so it looks like your floating across the floor. Forward and back, good. Right foot's always in front, right foot is always leading the movement. Let's try it a little faster, and; forward, back; forward, back; crossover; forward, back; forward, back and other direction. Good. So drill it in the mirror till it's nice and smooth, watch your level so you're not bubbling up and down with the movement. Keep it isolated. Good. Excellent job.
