"Hi, I'm Johanna, and this is Karen. And we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg Florida. Now that you've mastered your rocking undulation, lets take it and switch sides with it, as we want to move across the floor in different ways. So lets start with our right foot forward, and the footwork is important here, so make sure you watch. Right foot, and then left foot, and then right foot and hold; and then left foot, right foot, left foot and hold. Good. Now add your undulation, down. As you hold on that foot, don't forget to undulate down, it's very easy to forget that part. And up, and roll down. Good. As you roll down, you can bring that foot forward to prepare for the next step. Roll down, good. So it's very easy to do that on rocking undulation, and then kind of stop. Okay, so you want to remember forward, back, forward, roll down, just on that one foot. Good. 1,2,3, and roll down. Good. Right, left, right and double time. And Left, right, left, roll down; right, left, hold, roll down; left, right, left, hold down; right, left, right, roll down. Good, excellent. So drill that over and over, until you have nice clean footwork. And then check out our clips where we add some arm movements."
