Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio and today we're going to work on our rocking undulation; and we're going to add our sunrise arms and then a body outline. O.k. it's nice to outline the body with an undulation because you're showing off the nice curves that your body's making as it's moving threw space; so let's start with our foot work we're going to go right left right and don't forget to roll down in between, good; left right, if you're having trouble with this check out one of our other clips that talks about advanced switching sides; back up and down so the arms are going to come up 2 3, and outline as you roll down; 1 2 down as you outline, good and 1 2 3, and down; 1 2 3 and down, a little faster 1 2 3 outline, 1 2 3 outline; 1 2 3 outline, 1 2 3 outline; good. So practice these moves in a mirror so they're nice and smooth, and they don't look sloppy and you'll be dancing across the floor in no time at all.
