Let's work on our rocking undulation and do the advance drill, we're going to turn eight counts to the right, eight counts to the left, four counts to the right, four counts to the left and we're going to do that with our Sunrise Arms and then press down. Alright. So let's try that. We break a lot of these things down in previous clips, in other clips you can check out, so drill those before you put them on together. Ready? Six, seven, eight, we're going to go up; two, three, four; press down; six, seven, eight. And up two, three, four, five, six and four, up two, down two, up two, down and again. And one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And up; two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And up; two, three, four, up two, three, four. And up; two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Good. So you can practice that over and over again to get the arms nice and smooth, keep everything in time and then you can take it on the dance floor.
