Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio it's in St. Petersburg Florida so let's take our rocking undulation and we're going to take it in a circle; and we're going to drop the right arm and the right shoulder, and lift the left arm so we have nice sloping arms here as we turn to the right; and as we come back around to the left we'll switch arms and drop the left shoulder; and turn over our left shoulder. But let's start with the right foot forward; drop the right shoulder, reach the finger tips towards the floor; good, don't let just the; don't let the arm just hang and arm up, good and we're going to go right 2 3 4 5 6 7 switch the arms; drop the left shoulder, good; 3, look over that left shoulder as you travel 7 8; drop the right shoulder, look over that right shoulder; good, shifting the weight; right foot left foot, right foot; switch, good. So we break down a lot of these moves in other clips; you may want to practice them separately before you put them all together here in our turn 5 6 7 8, very good. Practice with a mirror until it's nice and smooth and then you can take it out on the dance floor.
