"Hi I'm Johanna and this is Karen, and we're here from Hip Expressions Belly Dance studio in St. Petersburg Florida; let's work on an advanced drill for our rocking undulation with a turn, so we're going to take it eight counts in one direction; eight counts in the other direction and then four counts, and then four counts; alright. Arms out away from the body; bend those knees, good now if you want to review some of these moves you can check our other clips but now we're going to try to put them all together o.k.; so traveling right left 3 4 5 6 7 switch now left 2 3 4 5 6 and your right foot for 4, now 1 2 3 and switch; left 2 3 and 8, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8; 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, 4; 1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 good; make sure on your transitions that you keep that undulation going and you don't just stop you want to keep that undulation going in that pause, 5 6 7 8 and 1 2 3 4; 1 2 3 4, very nice. Now practice that until it's nice and smooth and then you can take it out on the dance floor."
