"A No Leg Can-Can or the Double Can was also one of the very early tricks of freestyle motor cross. It's a variation of the single Can-Can, or the One Leg Can-Can. But, actually in my opinion it's a easier trick to do because, it just feels a lot more fluid. The key to the Can-Can, as with a lot of these other tricks is to be straight on the take off, on a jump you're comfortable with, a good distance, a good, nice safe take off, a good rolled out landing. Get comfortable with jumping the distance, once you're comfortable with that, you can begin to kind of, really pre-load into the face of the jump, using your body weight to compress your suspension, and as your suspension unloads and you take off the face of the jump, you feel your wheels leave the ground, you actually almost jump up, or kind of lift up, lighten your body, get your legs to come up over the seat as you jump, and you put both legs out to the same side, you know, underneath your arms. Try to get as much extension as you can, and bring it back safely and get your feet back on the pegs before landing. This is kind of an all or nothing trick as far as you know, you can maybe start with just the hops, you know and jumping up and getting that feeling for like the weightlessness of your body against the bike. Once you get your body familiar with the sensation and kind of the order by which you're supposed to kind of do this trick, by which this trick takes place, you can start getting your legs up and over to one side of the seat. But, just keeping in mind that obviously steep consequences if you don't get it back in time. So, really get familiar with that feeling of kind of weightlessness and lifting, and kind of almost jumping off your pegs up in the air as your bike leaves the face of the jump. I think with this trick it makes it easier to find a jump that will send you in a trajectory where your front end is a little bit lower, and also a nice rounded landing, so you don't have to worry about if you come up a foot short, you don't want to have to worry about the consequences of crashing, or clipping the jump, just a real safe, you know, a safe jump to begin with on this trick. Once you get the, once you get the feeling you can kind of play with it, get the extension out a little farther, and a little farther. Pretty soon you'll have both legs out, in complete extension. It's a very impressive looking trick, fairly easy trick to do. You know, it's not too dangerous, if you kind of approach it with some you know, some thought and just don't get ahead of yourself, keep it in your ability level and have some fun with this trick."
