"Hi, I'm Ginger Walker, owner of Clean Junkies and we're going to talk about how to stretch your clothes. A lot of times, you'll get those t-shirts that shrink up in the dryer and you need to re-stretch them. You get it out of the washer or you can hand wash it either way. But we've got it out of the washer and we're not going to put it in the dryer, we're going to go ahead and take it over to the counter. Okay, we get over to the counter here, we're going to get a towel and just lay it out, because we're going to air dry this on a towel. And you're going to take your shirt, and when it's wet it's going to feel, you know, stretchy anyway, and it's going to look like it's stretched out. And you're just going to take your hand take your hand at the top, take your hand at the bottom, give it a good stretch, go to the next little spot, give it a good stretch. Making sure that you do both the front and the back is important, you don't want to have a stretched front and a shrunken up back. Once you're all stretched, all the way around, you're going to go ahead and lay it down on the counter, and give it another good stretch there, and let it dry on that towel. When it's dry it should be in that same position as you laid it in. One thing when it's all dry, you lift it up and you're not as big as you thought you were, you can go ahead and get it wet again, even just in the sink, wring it out and throw it in the dryer for about ten minutes and it should be probably just about where you want it to, because you stretched the fabric already and it'll just shrink up just a little bit."
