"A couple of months ago, we started Jobs for Life Course, and there, we have three guys, four guys. Three gentlemen who completed all sixteen classes. I've been in the music business. I decided to get out of the music business, and wasn't sure what I was going to do. From the time I became a Christian, I've always had an interest and a heart, and compassion for the poor, even on the streets in New York, when I was in the music business, so after coming to Nashville, and deciding to get out of that. Belmont, where I go to church, had a ministry training, what would you call it, a year long ministry training course. It's called Master's Commission. It's pretty much full-time, and I got into that, and did that for a year, and as a result of that, was hired as the administrator, and then from there, went into the local ministry of the poor, called Isaiah 58. No, Belmont, I became, yeah, Belmont became, when I became a Christian up in New York, the church that I went to was partially supported by Belmont, so when we moved to Nashville, it was just natural for my wife and I to attend here, and we knew a lot of people, and I've really never been to another church, so it wasn't that I was actually looking for a job here. They kind of just asked me to do it, and since then, I've had other organizations talk to me about doing things, but I'm really at home here, so."
