"Ok so a good exercise program for your, for your bicycling is to start out at a nice moderate pace. And then vary it with faster pace, faster pace reps. Oh about five minutes each, five minutes moderate, five minutes fast. Total amount of time thirty minutes. And for somebody who is a hundred and fifty pounds thirty minutes of bicycle work more or less will burn approximately about three hundred calories for half hour exercise routine. And that is one way you can keep track of the calories burned while bicycling."
