"So kind of a main idea in packing when you're actually getting around to packing is to keep like-things in each box. So I just packed a box full of supplies and I have taken pretty much all the supplies around my desk that I'm not going to need for the next two weeks, and put them in one box. You might have more than one box, depending on how many supplies you have. The next thing that as I did my assessment of things that I was not going to be needing in the next couple weeks, I found that I have several file folders from different years. These are my 2004 files, 2005, 2006, and so I'm not going to be needing these, hopefully, in the next couple weeks, so I'm going to put them all in one box. Now something that you'll want to think about when you're packing paper goods in particular is the weight of the box. So because this is what I have, then those aren't going to be too heavy if I put them all in one box, but if you have folders and folders and folders of files then obviously you're going to want to put them in several different boxes. So this is the box that I have, and I'm just going to set them in there. And, as you can see a little bit, there's a little bit of space left on the ends there which I don't necessarily need to fill up, but another good reason just to leave boxes open. There might be something small that I can fit down in there as I'm packing over the next two weeks. So I am going to leave this box open, and again, before I close it up, right now I'm going to go ahead and put on there "Office" and "Files" and any writing that's already on the box, I'm going to mark out with my pen."
