"So after I've gone through all of the things on my desk and in my office and gotten rid of things that I don't need or that don't work or that I don't want anymore, I am going to look for things that I can do without for two weeks. Since I move in two weeks I'm not going to need all of my pens in the next two weeks, so obviously based on what you're working on at the time and what you know you'll need, you might go through your supplies and just pick out a couple of things that you're going to need. So I'm going to need a pen and I'll keep a pencil and a pencil with an eraser and maybe a couple of highlighters, and my White-Out and maybe some Post-it Notes. And so these are the things that I'm going to keep out and that I'm going to be using in the next two weeks, and the rest of this stuff is now available for me to pack. And likewise, I'd want to go through all of the materials, go through all of the spaces again and do the same thing. So in this basket that I showed you earlier, where I keep things that I don't use on a daily basis, there's pretty much probably nothing in here that I'm going to need in the next two weeks, since I haven't gotten into this basket in the last month, I'm pretty sure of it. So I know that when I actually start packing, I can pack all of this stuff. So that's the next step after you've gotten rid of things, is to go ahead and look for things that you're not going to need."
