"Today we're here to show you a few BMX tricks. This is the 360 jump, very technical trick. Now the thing about the 360, it's definitely one of the more difficult tricks. It's hard to master, it takes lots of practice, and like I just did it on this tabletop; it's the best place to learn, cause' you're going to case. Casing is when you tag your rear end. So, you're basically want to find a tabletop similar to this one; work your way towards the landing with the spin. You're going to approach the jump with a little bit of speed, take off, and once again, you want to use your shoulders and your head to turn, similar to the bunny hop 360. So, you spin according to your head and your shoulders, and your body twists with you. You want to keep yourself very stable, and you want to keep yourself very flat. Later on, after you've mastered the trick, you can manipulate it and make it look different; have your own little style to it, but that's a whole another world. Learning the trick is the most basic part to this. Now, it's going to take you a long time to learn this one. If you get it right away, you're on your way to a very high skill level, cause' this is a hard one. Once again, I'm going to give you the breakdown. Try and follow me on this one. You want to approach the jump with a little bit of speed, turn your head and shoulders, you want to keep yourself flat, and you want to land parallel to that landing. Now, I can't stress the point enough; this is a very difficult trick. You need to be trying it on a tabletop first, cause' if you do it straight to a gap it's going to be messy. So, I know I'm doing it on a tabletop. I wish I could show you on the doubles, but we'll have to save that for another time. And that's the basic the basic 360. Hopefully, it can help you towards pulling it."
