"And as we've been discussing, safety importance is the equipment is the most important thing that you're ever going to do for yourself when you're on a motorcycle. And I always stress helmet, jacket and gloves, boots. When wearing boots I would always like to stress that you wear something over the ankle, and closed toed, please. Leather is the best, some leather boots is great. We have some great textile boots. For instance an Alpine Star that has the ankle coverage and heel coverage and is composite toed in case of an accident. They will protect you feet and ankles as much as humanly possible. And just for fun I brought you a race boot. They wear these out at the track and anytime that you want to to up to the track, I'll be happy to let you try a pair of these on. But probably not necessary for every day, day to day use, but over the ankle and leather. And don't forget it."
