"Okay, there's two other buttons on the top here. One of them is the auto focus/manual focus, so you can adjust the focus manually if you want to do a manual focus but most of the time the automatic focus is correct. You've also got an automatic focus with a picture of a sort of an icon of a flower and that's so that you can do macro with the setup on the automatic focus there. This is the different modes, so you've got programmable, which is probably what most people will use. You've also got aperture priority which means that you set an aperture for the lens, and you're able to, and the cameras computer and electronics sets it up so that the shutter speed will be adjustable and then the shutter priority, which means that the aperture will be adjustable by the electronics."
