"Hi, my name is Mike Quebec and this subject is how to attain the perfect body. Keep in mind, that that term is very vague, and perfection, or, near perfection, varies from individual to individual. Let me say this, before you engage in any exercise or diet program, and no one likes doing this, but it's a good idea, see your doctor. Not just because they can tell you any bad news that you should be aware of, but because your doctor can tell you for you as an individual, what is the ideal percentage of body fat that you should have. What is the ideal muscle mass for you as an individual that you can have. So, it's not just being aware of any negative health conditions, but your doctor can let you know what is the ideal muscle to fat ratio that you could have, and then from there, you can work towards achieving what is near perfection for you as an individual. You want to make sure that your musculature for your frame isn't too large or too small, you want to make sure that you have enough definition in your musculature. You want to make sure that functionality, that you have good range of motion, which means a reasonable amount of flexibility. And of course, sensible eating plan to make sure that, that outwardly perfect body doesn't collapse from heart failure, or any other internal diseases. So, a good sensible healthy eating plan combines enough vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, as well as protein. If you follow a sensible eating plan, combined with an exercise routine approved by your doctor, and once again, your doctor is the one who can tell you as an individual what your ideal muscle to fat ratio should be. Then you will achieve that perfect body, that perfection that fits for you as an individual. Remember, what is perfect for one person, isn't necessarily perfect for another. Thank you."
