"Hi, my name is Mike Quebec, and today's subject is how to work the lower abs. If you've seen our other abdominal segments, please refer to them, because this exercise actually builds upon those previous exercises. So, this one is a little bit more intense. And I'm really going to hit those lower abs, right here. I'm going to go ahead and lie down on my mat, and this is building up one of the crunch variations that you did earlier. If you recall, what I did, was I pointed my toes, had my knees straight, had the feet lifted off the floor, and I crunched my knees to my chest, and then extended out. Now, what I'm going to do, is I'm going to do that same motion, but from here, I'm going to push my feet straight up balancing on my shoulder blade. And then extend out. As I do that, I crunch and tighten those abdominal exercises. Breathe out, breathe in, breathe out, breathe in. If you're a novice or a beginner, one set of twelve. If you're intermediate advanced, twenty-five, or two sets of twenty-five, and if you're, if you're not exactly a beginner, not exactly advanced, and not exactly intermediate, but, you know, you've been doing it for a little bit, for a couple of weeks, then find a happy medium. Alright, so that is one way to work your lower abs. Thank you."
