"Hi my name is Mike Quebec and today's subject is how to develop or maintain a flat stomach. Once again there's a variety of exercises you can do that are good for developing your abdominal muscles. Keep in mind that you combine that with diet or healthy eating habits I should say. To make sure that your body fat percentage or body fat content is low enough that you can actually see the musculature. Alright so let's go with a flat stomach. All you're going to do is hold the ball right here, I'm going to take a deep breath in and breathe out, squeeze the belly button to the spine. And I'm imagining one side of the x and another side of the x. I'm imagining an x in front of me. I'm just going to go ahead and lift up the ball to one side twisting and twist back. So this is a one set of twelve if you are a beginner exerciser, one set of twenty five will do if you are intermediate, advanced. After you've done one side, then you simply switch the other side. Up and down, up and down. You are really chopping across from the top to the bottom, one side of the x. And that handles the obliques."
