"Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon with the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is my assistant, Melissa, and this is kung fu for health. Our striking combination that we're going to be working is called our one two punch reverse punch. To begin this, I'll demonstrate it nice and slow for you. You begin with your feet together, your hands chambered to your waist. You're going to step out with your left foot twice the distance of your shoulders; horse stance position. To start a combination you're going to begin with your right hand. Right hand fires straight punch one. Left hand fires straight punch two. From here, I'm going to turn my whole body to the left. As my left hand pulls in, I'm going to fire the right reverse punch to the left corner. From here, I pull the right hand in, pulling myself back to horse. Left hand, fire out straight punch one; Right hand, fire out straight punch two. From here, I turn my body all the way to the right. As right hand pulls in, punch to right corner, a reverse punch. Okay, one time at fast speed. Now I'm going to have Melissa demonstrate it a few times to point out some things. The beginning position is horse. Hands are chambered; pulled back. Again, you want to feel the elbows rubbing the ribs. Fire right hand one slow; pull in, left hand two. Now as the left hand pulls, we pull whole body to the left corner; right hand punches. Again, you want to feel that reach of the body. Your fist wants to line up with your chin. This is how we perform kung fu one two punch reverse punch"
