"My name is Wes Rhodes, I'm from the Chinese Kung Fu Academy and for Expert Village and this is how you perform Mantis fighting technique Inside Block Shin Kick. Now this technique is done using the left forearm to block. Sit back, block with the left arm, pick the right knee up and drive your foot into their shin. Step forward, slowly, one, two. A little faster is, one, two, just like that. Now you need to make sure the block comes first and then follow through with the kick. To demonstrate. As they step in and punch with the right hand, you sit back, pick the foot up and drive the foot into their shin. Do one slow, one two. One a little faster. One, two. Now, let's say they're pretty good. They step in and punch, as I kick, they pick the leg up, so I switch, boom, hit with the other leg. So this way no matter how good they think they are, you can still get them with it. Do one more slow. One, say, one, two. One little faster. One, two, that's it, just like that. Now remember, when you drive the foot out, keep the hip, the knee and the foot in line with the target on both kicks. You can use this technique either on the right side or the left side. It's very important to make sure you practice getting the block proper first. One, "so you punch with the other side. Punch with the other side", so one, and you drive the foot in one, and then you could actually kick with the other one too, two. Just like that. That's how you perform Praying Mantis fighting technique Inside Block Shin Kick."
