"My name is Wes Rhodes, I'm from the Chinese Kung Fu Academy and for Expert Village, and this is praying mantis fighting technique palm block, palm strike with a trip. Now this technique is done stepping with the right, pressing down with the left hand. As you step the left foot out to trip you're going to drive the palm upwards to the face just like that. Done slowly it looks like this. Done a little faster it is. Now to demonstrate the technique, as they step in and punch, you're going to block, step in with the right, put the left foot behind them and drive the palm up towards the chin and over just like that. Now done quickly, you don't even really need the trip. The idea is to strike to the face, either the chin or the nose. Done slow, it's one two. Done a little quicker one two just like that. Now again these techniques, you want to make sure you have a good waist twist, press with the hand, and use the body, strike the palm up. That's how you perform fighting technique pressing block, palm strike with a trip."
