"My name is Wes Rhodes, I'm from the Chinese Kung Fu Academy and for Expert Village and this is how you perform Praying Mantis fighting technique Outside Palm Block, Grab, Twisting Elbow. So done by yourself you will go like this, left hand reaches out, right is going to grab, pull, either their hair or clothes, whatever you can grab, as you pull them in, you drive your elbow into the body, either aiming for the body or the head. Slow, looks like this. Fast. You can perform this technique on either side, using the right hand, or the left hand to block. To demonstrate. They punch, block, you reach grab by to the hair, side to the body and as you pull down, you can elbow to the head, drive them down or you can aim for the body, hit across. Do one more slow. One, two, three. And one more fast. That is how you perform Praying Mantis Fighting technique Outside Block Grab Side Elbow."
