"My name is Wes Rhodes, I'm from the Chinese Kung Fu Academy, and this is praying mantis fighting technique palm block side elbow. Now this technique starts with an inward palm block using the left hand. You're going to drive in with the right foot and right elbow, either aiming for the stomach or the head. This technique is also interesting because you can either step in front of their foot or you may place your foot behind them and actually trip them with this technique. I'll do one slow, so you can see it. Now one a little quicker. Now to demonstrate, they're going to drive in with the left, the right punch, you block, step in either aiming for the face, or you can aim underneath the arm, aiming for the body. And like I said, you can step either in front of their foot like this, or you can step behind and drive the fist and actually knock them down. Try one more slow. One, two. And one a little faster. One, two. That is how you perform the praying mantis fighting technique palm block, side elbow."
