Let's go ahead and clean up this wheel head a little bit. Got a lot of goo on it from those bowls. So we want to center this up. Remember it's going to be a flat, flat bowl. Not going to be a bowl bowl. Going to be a salsa bowl. So you want to make it nice and flat. Alright? So from here you can karate chop that thing. Like that. Come down on it. Or maybe like a pro wrestler, just slam it, bring it out. All the while your fingers are feeling where there might be any inconsistency. Just center it up, like that."
