"Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon with the Clearwater Kung Fu center. This is Kung Fu for health. We're going to be working on a jump kick today, this is called double jump heel kick. To perform this action, your arms just stay naturally down by your side. Now, this is true heel kicks performed as you're jumping. One is your first heel kick, as you're lifting, the second one as you're reaching airborne. If I step with my right foot, my right foot is going to kick second. So, I step right foot, the first leg that lifts is my rear leg. As the leg lifts, I'm performing a heel kick action. I'm using this knee and this foot to lift my body up and then I'm going to fire the right foot in the air and landing soft. Again, a little bit faster. Opposite side, step left, I'm going to kick right first and then fire my jump and kick with my left foot. A little bit faster. This is double jump heel kick, Kung Fu for health."
