"Hello I'm Sifu Mallon from the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is my assistant Melissa and this is Kung Fu for health, shoulder warm-ups. We're going to begin with our feet shoulder width apart then we're going to bring both palms in front of us, palms down. Now you're going to bring your arms all the way back behind you this way, as your arms come behind you, you're going to rotate the palm up. You're going to bend your elbows and let the two hands touch. Bring your hands forward and now criss cross. Okay, now bring them all the way back, rotate and touch and then opposite arm on top and over. I'm going to turn around so you can see how my arms are rotating in the back and I'm touching. Forward, and back. So this is a real good warm-up exercise. You'll find that it's going to hit your chest and your shoulders as well. As you begin it you want to remember to breathe, right. You want to just keep those shoulders nice and relaxed. The touch of your hands in the beginning is going to be kind of difficult but as you proceed, proceed with the exercise you'll find that your range of motion will increase. This is how we perform shoulder warm-ups."
