"Okay you're sitting there getting ready to take that test. Take a big breath and go with your gut. Don't second guess yourself. Trust me. Everybody I've talked to, and again I've talked to hundreds of realtors, I've been there myself, sit down in that little, usually it's a cubicle from side to side, and there they are at the computer. Now here you are at a computer, but it's very basic. They're going to ask you the questions, four questions which one makes more sense. Well think about it and then give them your answer. Don't go back. Trust me on this one guys. So you've made it through it and taking the test will probably take you I'd say about 55 minutes. When you step out of taking that test that woman or man will be sitting there, that Texas Real Estate Commission officer, no they're not officers, employee will either look up at you and say you passed or she'll say sorry. Well don't let sorry scare you. We've all been there. You can retake that test the next day and it's not hard. A lot of people say oh once you've taken the test the first time the second time around is really going to be tough. That's not true. Don't be hard on yourself. Just be proud. Now that girl sitting behind that desk she may either give you a high five or she just might say you passed. Well when you pass that test that's when you want to go out for that margarita."
