Online Realtor Application Tips

"Okay you've started the process to receive your application. Now the one thing that I've talked about earlier, is that how important or not important computers have to be. We all want to have a little bit of computer sense, because the key is, and I've found this in all states, when you fill out that application, it will be processed so much faster if you do it online. So even if they're sending it to you try to find a way or somebody to help you do it online, because it really can make the difference in, in the processing of the application. Okay now the application is just the first step. You're probably thinking okay, how many courses? How many hours? How many weeks? How many months? I mean, when you think about something as important as real estate, because when I tell everybody that I'm a Realtor, you should see the reactions I get. "Oh, you're a Realtor?" Kind of like I'm a licensed doctor, kind of feels neat. Anyway, it doesn't take that long, but once you've got that application in and out, then you're going to start thinking about classes, where to take them."
