"Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon with the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is Kung Fu for health. We're going to be working on a jump today. This jump is called our single tuck press jump. This is a moving technique so you're going to be taking several steps and you're going to performing a regular tuck jump. I'll break down the movements for you first, before I do it all together. To start with, I'm going to begin from here. I'm going to take two steps, I'm going to step left foot, step right foot. When my right foot plants, my hands are going to come backwards. My hands are going to swing over my head, I'm going to lift my left knee up, jumping. As I hit the height of my jump, I'm going to push my feet down and push my hands down. As I land, I'm going to land on the balls of my feet and softly to the floor. As I step left, step right, throw the arms, knees, lift, press and land. Again. One more time. This is how we perform the single tuck press. Kung Fu for health."
