"In this clip, we're going to do around the world, with a coaster. You're going to take your coaster. There's two different types. There's something that you can use on a smooth surface or carpeted surface. This is for a carpeted surface. It's hard plastic. And place it down on the floor. O.k. Now, what we're going to do, we're going to do a lunge forward. A squat to the side. Lunge back and squat to the side. Hence, around the world. O.k., you're going to put the ball of your foot on the center of the coaster. You're going to scoot forward into your lunge position. Then, you're going to come back. Next you're going to go to the side, in a squat position. Arms forward, bring them back in. And take that same leg. Go to the rear and then come back in. You're going to switch to the other foot. Go to the side and then come back in. You're going to take that same foot, come into a forward lunge. O.k., you kind of, get the picture. So basically, you're going in a circular movement. You're going to go, nice and slow and controlled. Now return to your starting position. Come out to the side. I find, that if I put my arms forward, it helps with my balance. Take your leg back to a rear lunge. Watch your knees. Make sure that they don't go before the toes."
