"Now, we're going to measure out the nose and tail to make sure we have the right correct widths. Normally, they're measured twelve inches down from the nose and twelve inches from the tail. This particular customer wanted eighteen and three quarters in the nose and fifteen and a quarter in the tail. So, we want to get that correct. Straighten out our tail line. Use our old trusty templates to redraw the nose. The computers tend to leave a little lobes on there. You can take those little ears off. And, grab our tail template here. Careful there. Get that. And, that line. And, that's that. Now, we'll take our Surform and clean up the outline. Bring it into the correct measurement. Do the sand with the nose. Just knock off our little stringers. You can see how easy it is to shape this rigid polyurethane foam. Much easier than wood or Styrofoam."
