"We are going to show that pour technique again for your bath salts and what I have here is a foot bath and it is a vibrating foot bath and I would just add hot water to your foot bath or this could be your bath tub and what you are going to do is you are going to take your container the lid is nice and tight and you are going to shake it as hard as you can because if that has been sitting for a little time that will dislodge any lumps that are in there and kind of break them up. So I have decided that this is worth about four foot baths and so what I'm going to do is my thumb actually covers about half the jar, my two thumbs will cover about half the jar so I know that tells me there are about four in here so all I have to do if I want to get one foot bath worth is cover a quarter of it with my thumb and undo the lid and pour what my thumb is covering and that is a really easy way to measure and also when you are blending your own salts, that smells strong, when you are blending your own salts and you know that your container holds about two baths worth or four baths worth you can kind of eyeball it and say what portion of that does my thumb, if I put my thumb there what portion am I covering and then just pour what that is covering so that you can measure just by eyeballing it. Hope that makes sense."
