"Now we're going to demonstrate the Arabic Movement. Basically, your center, be sure your back is straight, your plie. Your knees slightly bent. So you go from center to the front with your right and then back to your center with your left. Back with your right, and front, I mean, and in this center to your left. So you go step, step, step, step. So basically, you go front with your right, back with your step left, right back and center. So your right goes, front and back, and your left stay in the center as your guide in there. Front, center, back, center. Front, center, back, center. Again, front, center, back, center. Your body is in a rocking motion. So when you go forward, your body goes back slightly, when you go back, your body goes slightly forward. So you go front, center, back. Your arms are by your hips. Front and back. And again, front, center, back. Center, front, center. You can do it diagonal left. Front, center, back, center, front, center, back. Diagonal right. Front, center, back, center, front, center, back. Center front. Front, center, back, center and remember rocking your body back and front. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Diagonal left. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Diagonal right. Front, center, back, center, front, center, back, center. One more time in the front. One, two, three, four, front, center, back, center."
