"Thank you. We are going to explain now the pyramid step. You can apply this to any type of dancing basically. We go weight on your left, bring your right foot away from the center to your side, to your right then you cross it in front and make a little plie, then weight in your right, bring your foot into your left and bring it in front and so you cross it forward. Then go right and a step forward and left and a step forward. So go right and a step forward, left and a step then you want to go back so you step out and bring your foot back and you plie, small plie, out to your left and step back, out to your right and a step back, out to your left and a step back and you plie, right plie, left plie. Then you can do your movements with your arm movements. Your weight in the left and your arms go forward. I want to bring my arms in front of my chest, right, and then plie, arms together, left, and then plie, arms together so we go right, together, left together, one more time, right, together, left together. If I want to go back I can bring my hands to my hips and go right so I follow my foot with my right and plie with my hips hands on my hips out to my left, plie, right, plie, left, plie, right center, left set so this is the pyramid step."
