Now we're going to work in a series of arm and hand movements with the elements of Middle Eastern and Indian. Be sure your back is straight, bend your knees, bring your chest up, shoulders back. When you move your arms be sure you move them with a resistance so you can work it out and you create a better movement in the future more beautiful. So right now we just bring your arms together, and your fingers together touching each other, your index and your pinkie away from the center. So this is one movement here. Then you step to your right and you're going to create like a fan movement with your fingers so you open those fingers away and back to your center. Remember keep those index fingers and your pinkie up. Then you create your left nod, like a fan, fingers open, and together. And at this point I want you to make a plie, weight on your left, ball on your right, open your fingers like a fan, back to your center, keep breathing, open up like a fan motion and back to your center. So from here you're going to bring it together and bring it up above you, weight on your left, bring your right foot out, make a plie, bring your right around your left wrist and create an open arms. Then you go back to your center. So let's do it again, go up, bring your right foot up, back and your right around your left and your wrists touch each other, fingers away from your hands, and back to your center. So let's do it one more time, go up, foot back, plie, wrist, fingers away, and you can do right, left, right, center, and together. One more time, fingers away, weight on your right, center, plie, weight on your left, out, and center.
