"Ok, now we going to create a serious movement with your arms and hands call it a figure 8. Be sure your back is straight, bend your knees slightly, and don't forget to breathe. So you bring your fingertips together in front of you and we're going to elongate that movement up, center, down, center, up, center, down, center. So we're creating a Figure 8, in a vertical move. So the vertical Figure 8, up, center, down, center, up, center, down. Now we're going to create a Figure 8 on your arms parallel to the floor. So at this point, you step to your right with your right, it's the forward and make a loop forward, center, back. Your weight is in the left, switch your weight to your right, arms forward, switch weight to your left, back. So you go front and back. One more time, front and back, then you can create the same movement but away from your center. You go one loop to your right, weight on your right, center, loop to your left, weight on your left and center. Right, center, left, center, right, center, left, together, and up again with your vertical Figure 8. One more time, and you breathe in and out. Thank You."
