"Now we're going to create movements with your arms creating the box. It's very important to keep your body always grounded and centered. Bend your knees slightly. And keep your arms away from your body. Don't bring them down bring them away from your body so create a box. The right goes up and the left goes down and then you alternate like this up and right goes down. So you go right and left, and again we'll do the right and left. Just like you're pulling something away from your center. So again, when you move your arms make resistance like the air is heavy, and right and left. Now we're going to create the movement right goes up and left goes down. It's the same movement but this time we elongate that measure. Go left up, right down, right up, left down. So they should center together in front of you and away from you as they go up your center away from your center. One more time. Up, down, up, and down and back into your square, to your box, right, and left, and right, and left. One more time. Right, left, right, and center."
