"Now we're going to create the isolations for your dancing on your head. The main thing is focusing the muscles of your neck and focus in pulling your side like somebody's pulling your ear. Be sure to to guide your right position, bend your knees, unplug your back, and don't forget to breath. Bring your hands by your chin and go to your right, pulling to the right, back to you center, go to your left, center, right, center, left, center. One more time. Right, center, left. Without a center we go, right and left, and right, left, right, left, right, center. Now we're going to create a circle around that center. So we go left, forward, right, back. Left, front, right, center back. Left, forward, right, back, reverse. Back, right, front, left, back, right, front, left. One more time. Right, forward, left, back to your center, right, left, right, left, right, center. So this is the order, isolation, where you are concentrating your roundedness and your center vein. Thank you."
