"Okay. Now that we've got this where we want it, I'm going to start really getting this up there. What I like to do is put my finger down inside the pot, my finger acts like a guide for this water to, well, let me show you here. You just load up your sponge and this water will go, drip down the side of your finger and it'll make sure that the whole wall here is nice and lubed up. Because we start throwing, you can't really stop and load up, it'll just mess up your rhythm. Go nice and slow, slowly, pulling this up, and I'm guiding my inside hand and my outside hand are working together. Now I start flaring it out, right at the top there, like that, stopping just shy of the lip."
