"Alright now from here, let's get a little water on there. Now we want to start centering this. Alright, I'm going to do a wheel wedge. By doing this, it ensures that there's no inconsistencies and there's no air bubble, there's no razor blades or jackhammers stuck in the middle of this clay. Because you never know, especially if you're reclaiming your own clay. You never know what's going to be in there. So it's really good to do this because if there is anything funny sticking out of it, you're going to find it right here. I'm going to start going down on it, we're going to go. And even if you're not reclaiming your clay. And even in the manufactured clay I've found the ends of screws and all sorts of stuff like that, that could really lay waste to your fingers when you're going to throw it. Let's go ahead and that was a two for one, if you saw. I wheel wedged it and when I came down, it centered. So you don't have to spend all day trying to center your piece there, just boom boom."
